No one be it debt collectors telemarketers etc can legally make unsolicited calls on Sunday. This is a way down the food chain debt collector trying to get money for in many cases debts that are over 7 yrs old w no activity and thus not open to collection. These companies are the bottom feeders of the bottom feeder debt collectors.
