Called my cell phone, no message left. I don't owe anyone nor do I have any bad debts...hmmmm?
(731) 577-4212
Portfolio recovery, aka botton feeders. They will try to trick you into pay a debt that is long gone from your credit history
(731) 577-4212
Don't know who this is and I do not answer calls from people with no name. Even if it is a debt collector, I do not owe them anything. My debt was discharged more than 10 years ago and I have not had any debt since then. It was due to a divorce and they need to stop calling me and I am also on the DO NOT CALL registry. I have even changed my number to no avail.

Is not that they're (Portfolio Recovery) like many other low life debt collectors out there, these guys actually are among the more professional debt collectors - hard to believe, isn't it? However because they buy leads and debt in bulk, they acquire old and statute expired debt, right along with legitimate ones. Unfortunately is not going to help their bottom line to try to figure which is which, so they go after all of them. It gets nasty when they work an account for a while and there is no pay off. At that point for all their grand standings, their agents act no different that any other low life debt collector. And no - they will not listen to any arguments about the debt is old, paid off, or not yours. All they want is some money (10 to 30 cents on the dollar) so they can get the supervisors off their back and maybe get a bonus. This company is a big one so they know how to get around federal rules. If you want to get them off of you, go through your state's authorities.

Portfolio Recovery, aka protocol Recovery many numbers, never leave a message. I block each number they try. ?

This is Portfolio Recovery, a junk debt collector. They robo-call from many different "spoof" numbers. I have a plain cellphone; all I do is add all of these these numbers to an address book entry I named "Do Not Answer", and I set the ringer to "Silent". So I'm not bothered by their repeated calls. I have over 25 numbers they have called me from! Isn't it ignorant of them to constantly call, and not leave a message? Certainly they must know most people do not answer numbers they do not recognize! If you do answer, and they hang up, its because they are calling many numbers at the same time. If you do answer, then they know they have a good phone number for you. I sent them a "cease and desist" letter, and they still call about an old bill I did not owe; that they took me to court about, and lost, and it is past the Statute of Limitations to sue for.. They also send letters, too, offering a discount if I call and accept their arrangements, and at the very bottom it says in small print that the bill is too old to sue for!

This number called my cell phone at 8:21am. Did not leave voicemail. Weird as the day before I received a phone call from a number in Philadelphia that only showed the area code and six numbers of the phone number. The last number had been dropped. No voicemail left either.

(731) 577-4212
Called at 11:50 am, no message, I believe they are scammers as well
(731) 577-4212
They are attempting to get bank account, social security and personal information to use with identity theft. Call the FBI if someone from this organization calls you. It means that they have information about you and just need a little more to sell it so that you can be frauded.

I received a call and they did not leave a message. I searched on here and when I confronted them about the information that they have multiple sites saying they are a scam all the person would say is you can't believe everything you read and would not let me talk to a supervisor.
