I got a call from this number and they were looking for another family member who doesn't even live with me! I asked to be removed from their list of cantacts as they were trying to get me to relay thier message to the family mebmer. Hope this works! If not I will have to look into legal options.

i have to agree w/ all of your comments above. phone calls every hour approximately, if this continues i will be reporting them.

We should file a class action suit against BofA Card Services for phone harrassment. To collect a debt you can only legally make 3 calls. I too get called 5-10 times a day

Several early morning calls from this number - harassment

I suspect that this is a high-tech Chinese intrusion call to test your connectivity and establish a "hot mic" connection for the purposes of eaves dropping on all subsequent conversations after you pick up the initial call. The best defense is to NEVER pick up from this number.

they call all the time.  i hate it.  when i answer i tell them i don't have the money right now i am sorry and hang up.  they call right back and that is against the law.  i have vonage so it tracks every out going ant incoming call.  so if they call back again i will move forward.  if you answer then they are not allowed to call back!

im not sure who is really calling but the calls are non stop from about 7:30a to about 10:00p if not sooner (only on a good day) sometimes they call back to back.....they drive me insane and its come to the point that the number that do come up listed are programed into my phone and ringtone is set to silent....sometimes they leave me messages but most times the dont they just call back several times.....i know i owe money but i have explained to them several times that i am currently unemployed and looking for a job....o well they will just have to wait for their money i guess...

This is really weird.  I receive calls from this number to my cell.  I live in Puerto Rico.  They leave no messages and when you call back nobody answers!

this is a call from bank of america, and few other select credit card companies, a scandalous way to get money from you once you are on a payment plan...should be illegal but alas it is just another slimy corporate way of belittling hard working and financial desperate people.  my advice to you.... do the best you can to get out of bank of america and put your debts into a local bank it worked for me. all you have to do is take out a small loan from a local bank and cancel all dealings with bank of america....disgusting company really

Who the hell are those idiots? Annoying, calling all the time, and not leaving messages, and if I call back, can'ts get in touch with them.Stupid!!!!!!!

They also call from 866-483-9914, just to let everyone know.  They called me from 757-823-6827 for about a month and a half, then they started calling from the 866 number.  And yes I owe Bank of America, but that stills gives no one the right to call me up to 10 times daily 7 days a week.

Same thing as above.  This must have been sent by Donnie Bates whose alias is Donnie Gates.  If you have fallen cross-hairs with anyone, they will use this number in order to harrass you.  It is NOT a legitimage number

I keep getting calls from this number as well and have no idea who they are.  They don't leave a message or any identification whatsoever.  They are calling my cell phone wasting my minutes.  This call needs to identify itself.I will not answer any unknown or unidentifyable numbers.
