Android user. Caller, robo caller, woman saying she could get me a better rate on my credit card. I do not have any credit cards, so when she said there is nothing wrong with your account, I just hung up. I have had this before, may have been a different number. I do not use this phone for any reason or accounts so how would they get the number. I am also on do not call list, but what good does it do? I will also file complaint with FCC, PUC and any others that I can come up with.

its a scam. they offered to reduce my credit apr to 6.9% and when I asked to what card they mumbled something that vaguely sounded like B of A. I dont have a B of A account or credit card! when I said I didnt know what card they were refering to and couldn't hear them... the person sounded like they were at a mall! He said ok and hung up.
