I have received numerous calls from these people. I work in law enforcement and reported it to our sheriff; then I proceeded to call the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. I was requested by the FTC to contact the attorney general's office which I did. After explaining to the person contacted what was going on, she said they got them even at their office and didn't know how to stop these people; not yet anyway. She said they get computer generated number, or if you have ever used you bank info, social info, or any personal info to order online or do banking online; or if you apply for any type of loan online, they've got ya!  They hack into websites and of course get all the info they need.

Hi this is to inform people that this company is based in India. I have heard a lot about this company and wanna really screw their happiness. They do use bogus # to call and harass people living in United States. There are utmost a 100 people working in this company. I would like to share my view's and advice everybody to take strict legal action against them. Let me give you names of people working: Norman Reid, David Williams, Kate Jones, Fernando Torres, Rocky Anderson ........ These are Indians with who take US names... to talk to people ensuring them once they pay the money using their credit cards They would receive everything in writing which is not so true. They try to extract money from people who have never borrowed any loans from American payday.Remember one thing do not share your personal information and strict no no to your credit card detail.Wanna have ur cooperation and get this company shut known as ESpectrum.

I got the very same call from some man with a foreign or Indian accent, but only he left a threatening message on me machine saying to call him back at this number NOW, and if I did not they will come to my house and haul me to court. I called my local sheriffs dept. and they came out took report and listened to his threats. The next day I called the number they said I owe on some old debt through American Cash Advance, which I have never taken any such advance out with any company, so I asked for proof, he had all my information, but how he got it I don't know. Since then I have contacted The California Sheriff's, they advised me it is a scam, and these people or persons are trying to scare people into giving them money. I also called one of the branches of American Cash Advance, they had had numerous calls from people about this too,( this was just one branch) she told me the same thing. I reported Fraud Alerts to all three credit reporting agencies, as well as the Social Security Department, and contacted the Better Business Bureau, who knew very little about this company, but did give me a number which is no longer in business. I'm Still waiting for this so-called company to haul me off to court, my coffee's getting cold!

These people called me about a month ago and i thought i scared them off. well i guess i hadnt and they called me twice today!!!!!! and the same people call me from 4 different numbers in the past month!!!! i am going to email cnn and try to get this STORY OUT!!! the name he gave me was fernando dorres

I got a phone call this morning from these people again and lucky my boss mentioned to me to google this number and as before these people (indians) are trying to collect money from people telling them that they owe thousands and thousands of dollars and that the cops are going to be there in 45 mint to arrest them and that if they do not want the cops to come they should pay whatever they want to avoid arrest, courts or any legal action.  I am so sick of these people calling my cell phone that it has gotten to a point where I am going to go to the newspaper and the news channels to report them for calling decent people like me.
