This is the number Google uses to verify a person's phone number, however, I have found that this is also the number that their system sends via ANI, also known as Automatic Number Identification (not Caller-ID), when someone who uses Google Voice but does not have their own Google Voice number. When a call is placed via such a Google Voice Account the Caller-ID is reported as "Restricted".

They call me like 6 times and hang up and when i call back the line was not connected

When tried to cal back it says “our system does not recognize your number. Good bye” and disconnects. Got a call from three different numbers exact same thing! I don’t leave my number with anyone except family and a few friends so I’m unsure how they obtained it.
