They call me like 6 times and **** up and when i call back the line was not connected

When tried to cal back it says “our system does not recognize your number. Good bye” and disconnects. Got a call from three different numbers exact same thing! I don’t leave my number with anyone except family and a few friends so I’m unsure how they obtained it.
