Don't ever call these idiots back or acknowledge their calls in any way (ex: press 1 to remove from list, etc.) as they will put your number on an "active number" list and you will actually get MORE calls from other scammers. Got a call on 1/28/16 2:45pm to my phone at work. This number and similiar ones with same recorded message call often. I usually hang up. Waited this time to speak to someone. When they answered I said PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST, PLEASE...and he mumbled something and hung up. A**holes.

Yes, they called. Suspected a spammer so did not answer. Our nation needs to take action on these type calls. The public has no successful recourse. It is a shame that people's private lives are bombarded by this which is illegal (meaning although listed on no call list and reporting to FCC, stil nothing happens to penalize or STOP the calling.
