What I learned: - If you hear a beep first before someone s****s to speak after answering the call, most likely it is a scam. - Always ask for the company's number(in this case UHC), google it to verify and call back. Do not believe the caller ID on your phone, they can fake it. - Speak in English, not ****ese even if you could.
