When I answered the phone there was no response, so I dialed back the number (765-283-3253) and there was a pick-up, robot voice saying "Sallie May" -- then a young man asking if I were _____ (mispronounced my name) and I corrected him by giving the correct*****unciation. He then said "Just a minute, I need to transfer you to the right office" -- then a lot of fuzzy sound; I waited a few minutes and ***g up.
