When I asked for an in school deferrment they said that they do not do that anymore even though their website and loan information states they do-yes I checked them out very good, for wasting my time. Many times after speaking with a representative I get another call within 5-15 minutes wanting the same payment information. After a few calls I asked how long does it take to update your system as I had just spoken and cleared this up with another rep. She said it updates immediately. When I asked why then they kept calling after I had already spoken with someone I was told that they are just doing their job (a***n!). Nothing I have done gets through to them. I just wish them all the bad karma they deserve-immediately!!!-after all, I am just doing my job!!!!!!
