Calls all day long-even weekends and holidays-very early until late at night, leaves no messages, when I answer and ask if I can take a message for anyone or what the call is about am told in a very hateful tone, "No you may NOT!!!!" Sometimes they **** up when I answer. They are evidently calling for someone that has never lived here. I have spoken to them several times, even speaking to a supervisor and a manager to tell them please correct their system and take my number off their list. They said they can not do that because my number is the only way they have to contact "Joe"-the person they are looking for. DUH!!!! Do they not yet understand that they are NOT rea****g him here??!!?!?!?!?!?!?!(*&*&^%%$*? This has gone on for about 8 months. (It is currently June 10, 2008). When I asked how come they took so long to come after me they said not to worry about that, they do allow a grace period, and that they were just doing their jobs. When I asked for an in school deferrment they said that they do not do that anymore even though their website and loan information states they do-yes I checked them out very good, for wasting my time. Many times after speaking with a representative I get another call within 5-15 minutes wanting the same payment information. After a few calls I asked how long does it take to update your system as I had just spoken and cleared this up with another rep. She said it updates immediately. When I asked why then they kept calling after I had already spoken with someone I was told that they are just doing their job (a***n!). Nothing I have done gets through to them. I just wish them all the bad karma they deserve-immediately!!!-after all, I am just doing my job!!!!!!
