Fairly good English however it was on a crackly phone line. They called to say we had a UPS package and they were on a recorded line. They could only provide the last few numbers of it. Called me about a file I had claimed about UPS lost package, called me by name, I am not sure if its scam but it sounded like it because of thick indian scammer accent. Avoided saying yes or no to their questions, they even knew the vendor but said they wanted to confirm some information for the investigation. I reported a damaged package to UPS yesterday. Some guy called me at the crack of dawn this morning with a thick foreign accent about an issue with my UPS package.
