There was an accident. Your son didn't tell you bc he also got arrested for ***** driving and possession of a controlled substance. I had the ENTIRE police report. The reasons for your son denying the whole incident are obvious. And that silly "prank" you pulled goes to show how much of a s***bag you really are and how ****** you think people are. First I have no "son", secondly.. I don't get personal calls on my workline... hahahaha *******!

I got the same kind of crazy phone calls. Linda called from the "Wellness Center" and said that she would set me up with a local chiropractor. I asked her how she got my # and she said that it was public information from my accident? I do not have State Farm Insurance and neither does the other guy. I have gotten a bunch of calls from different numbers all with the same "sound"770-980-1288 866-859-0870

This Tonya is a scam artist.  A relative fell for this person's scam and I am going to report her.

Same guy "Jose" called me about my accident.  When I called the number later, it was a VM answering ma****e for "Juan".  There is no police report yet and I am 100% sure that my name and personal cellphone number did not go out over dispatch or the police radio, so it's clear that "Jose" got the information from this insurance company I'd filed the claim with 3.5 hours before - Affirmative (Advance Insurance Group).  I just filed a complaint with the Texas Board of Insurance - hopefully they will s**** fining people who are selling our personal private information.  I find it completely unacceptable.

If you have an attorney, or think of getting one, DO NOT TALK TO THESE PEOPLE.

DO NOT give these people along with anybody your information. The only people that you need to talk to is your insurance company. Don't explain or say "yes" or "no" about anything. Simply say "you are not interested, and please do not ever call me a***n." and **** up.

I had weird phone call this morning 1/21/10 @ 8am. Caller id said it was Rainbow Marketing lady on phone never stated her name said she was from Wellness center and immediately s****ed asking how I was feeling today. I immediately knew this was a BS phone call because the number on the caller id was from out of state (1-770-980-1614). I asked her why she wanted to know. And she said she knew that I was injured in an auto accident and wanted to know if I was OK. Once a***n I asked her who she was and who she was affiliated with and all she said was she was with the wellness center. So I ask if she was affiliated with my doctor’s office or the hospital. She said no she was with the wellness center. I asked her how she got my information, she said from an accident report. I told her she would have to talk to my attorney at this point. She said ok and wanted to know his name and phone #. I said is that information not in the report she was reading also. She said no so I told her my attorney name but not the phone #. She once asked a***n for his phone# and I told her to look it up. She then ***g up on me. I did a lot of research on this phone # and company and am pretty sure it came from a state farm insurance office In Marietta, GA. I finally traced to an address in Marietta Ga 2740 Windy Hill Road Southeast Marietta GA 30067-8613. It is totally amazing to me of how many different businesses are also listed at this address. One in particular is (Kevin Woodard) the same that is listed in many other of the complaints listed on this web site. Please see web link below. Then I had the bright idea to search to see if there were any State Farm Insurance Agencies in the vicinity. Guess What? Was in an accident with injuries received the same call from Tonya the next day.  Just so happens I'm an insurance agent and not familiar with this type of proceedure for the administration of a claim!I filed the complaint on the FCC website.

Tanya from the same number called me this morning regarding my accident last week. She said she was given my information because the accident was not my fault. Tanya said she was with the Accident Therapy Clinic and set me up with an appointment. I found out the address that she gave me was a Chiropractic Office. One other local Chiropractic office called me today saying they were just giving free visits to people in the area. I asked if she got my # because of the wreck, she said no.

Same here: "Tanya" just called me THREE TIMES in 5 minutes! Twice she left voicemails, but one of those was a ****up.This was the 770 GA number. Wasting my cell minutes.

same as everyone else that has posted.  she says she is with the Wellness Center...I had a wreck 4 days ago. She said she was doing follow up. I asked if she was with the local hospital she said no she was *garbled* chiropractors only.  I said, " so you are part of the ambulance chasers" and I heard a click :) I called Tonya back and left her an unpleasant message for wasting my time.. maybe its the pain meds talking!state farm is the paying insurance company.. but I don't think she was with them.. simply another ambulance chaser.

Tonya is not with State Farm.  She called me today after an accident on Sa****ay from 770-980-1288 listed as Kevin Woodard.  I specifically asked her which insurance company she was with, and she said she is not with any insurance company.  She said the accident was public record and the "wellness center" works solely on the injured's behalf.  She tried to set me up with a chiropractor here in town.  I told her I would have to call her back.  She gave me 800-258-4387 as a number to call her back at.  Sounds fishy to me.

I got the same voice mail. Tonya, calling regarding the car accident, please call back at 1-800-258-4387. Yes I did had an car accident.First time she called from Atlanta, Georgia number: 770-980-1288. Five minutes later she call me back a***n from the Wisconsin phone # 262-705-6385.I talked to her, and she said that she is from State Farm Wellness Center, and basically ask if someone was injured. I said, NO, and she said, "OK, Thanks." **** up.How she was able to call from Georgia and then form Wisconsin in a 5 min time difference?!?!I****ume they are getting our car accident data from some Insurance companies, or 911 calls, or police case reports. Which makes me think that there is a "hole" somewhere and our data, we provide to police, is INSECURE!!!??? Same thing for me too.  She identified herself as Tonya and said that she needed to speak to me regarging my accident.  When I returned the call I just reached a Sprint voicemail.  Then 1-866-859-1577 called and said that they were Jose from my insurance company.  He asked about my accident and ***g up on me when I asked him what the date of the accident was.  I had my sister Google the number and she found these posts. I called my insurance company to see if anyone was trying to contact me and they said no.  The 866 number called a***n and I said that I was going to call the police if they contacted me a***n.  They ***g up and I haven't heard from them since.  I called my insurance company a***n and they are looking into legal action.

She is Tonya from State Farm Wellness Center. She handles the medical payments on the accidents.

Got the same call about my son and said he was in an accident and it was dfrom the same num ber listed (Kevin Woodard) and the caller was Tanya.  When you try to call back all you get is a ma****e.  You know, this scared me, I thought he had gotten into an accident and I could not get a hold of him all day so one good turn deserves another, I left a message for Tanya telling her it was the hospitol and her son had been ***ely **** in the head.  Hope this teaches her a lesson.P.S. There was never any accident)

Got the same call today, I was in an accident..I also got 6 other calls from Dr offices, body shops etc..they get a police print out of accidents and call you to try and get your business..That is why she asked if you were hurt..She probably called from Lawyers office..they are telemarkerts

I just got a call from the same woman. My wife was in an accident and "Tonya" called to ask if she had been injured. I said no, she said thanks and ***g up. It was early in the morning, so I didn't realize until after the call that I never asked who she was with. I called back and left a message that said, "I have some important information regarding the accident," so hopefully she'll return my call.

I was in a car accident and Tonya called and left a, "...calling about the car accident that you were in , very important that you call me back 800-258-4387. I tried a ferw times, VM after two rings, this is Tonya please left me a message, Company? Etc...  I think it is a scam.
