Have no idea who it is. Probably isn't spam or scam. But states they've been trying to reach me about an 'account' but doesn't say what. Asks me to call back, in text, to a different #, to prevent account from being frozen from payments. Might be perfectly legit but sent text asking me to call a different # and doesn't say anything about who or why.
