Called because of public tax record regarding our company. I asked if this was a solicitation and they said no, they called because we were owed tax money. I asked if our owner had contacted them, they said no. I told them that if our owner hadn't contacted them then it was a solicitation and to not call back. They have called back every two or three days since and hang up as soon as I answer.
