Ok how can people lie and say they represent the city of Chicago when they just want to collect a debt. Y can't they just give options on payments or for what I owe money for???

Received a call from this number stating that my case was turned into him, have myself or my attorney call back? What case? what attorney?
(773) 265-4200
got a call from these fools. 'ms. towner' left me a message saying that its 'imperative' that i call them back. she actually identified herself as being with the 'city of chicago department of revenue'! she said i needed to call back to resolve a 'situation i had with a chicago police officer'. i thought it was suspect that it came up as CTI on caller ID and not 'city of chicago' or so****ing, and i also wondered why the dept of revenue would want to talk to me regarding so****ing with a cop. the most *****ed up part of this however is the fact that i certainly do not have any delinquent bills and i have almost zero debt.

This number is realted to 866-766-0961. On caller ID this 773 number came up. However the message left by the caller was to call back at 866-766-0961. Why have two different numbers I don't know.I also did not like the fact that this person, Libby Kennedy, called herself a recommendation officer of the court. That struck me as a bit wrong to be representing yourself as an officer of the court. So I called the 773 number and got through to operator who answered CTI Incorporated, and when asking what court they are with, I am advised they are not a court at all. In fact the girl seemed perplexed that I asked them what court when I told her I advised that an "officer of the court" contacted me. I would think that they would all use the same terminology but perhaps each individual can make up their own lies just to get you to call.Anyway, this company is a collection company based in Chicago. But I also think they are in *****chusetts because an internet search gave me a location there as well. Either way they are seeking you on some sort of debt. There is no court they are affiliated with, and there is no court case a***nst you.
