i got a call from him too. He's rude and very suspicious! Caller ID is "Private"He said his name is Joseph, and he does the gas maintenance for us.I said: I don’t have a gas maintenance guy called Joseph. He said: Not YOU, your dad’s. I had built the house and I go around the neighborhood every year around this time to do the maintenance. I did the furnace maintenance for him last year at around this time and he wanted me to call back in a year’s time fo checkup. I’ve got it written down here. You know the furnace? There’s two toxic gas in there, carbon dioxide..and blahblahblah... it’s like chocolate, It needs to be cleaned every year and blahblahblah..that’s how you save money in your furnace bills.

Same here! This guy is really rude. He's like do you dad is out of town again? If he's here, you can translate for me. I thought he was wanted to rob our house or something.

Guy calls and tells me that my parent's heat tank needs servicing, and for $160. He claims to have built the house and identified the address. I tell him "not now", and he responds "it has never been done before. Translate to your dad" in a rude tone of voice. I tell him that I'm busy, and he repeats "It had never been done before! Translate to your dad right now!". I hung up on him. Annoying.
