This is CBV Collections. They are persistent jerks. They keep calling me about a former roommate whom I have no idea how to contact. This has been going on for at least a year. I'm so fed up. They insist on calling me regardless of what I say and have said that they won't stop until I hand the person's new contact info over... which I don't have.The process to deal with them is a drag. The first caller is automated. Then they claim it's my debt. So I correct them. They refer me to another person, and after being on hold for a while, I go through the same thing again. Then they agree to leave me alone as long as I tell them where the other person is, which I don't know, so they then tell me that they will keep calling me.They clog up my answering service with automated calls. Jerks.There's also the number 866-333-4559.
