I called the 1-888-488-1051. The gentleman stated that they are indeed a collection agency named Metropolitan Collection Agency. I do not owe outstanding funds and did not offer any further information other than my name. He wanted to confirm my address which was an old address from a year ago.Quite curious. He would not give any information regarding company that I supposedly owe or outstanding balance that needs to be paid back. He insisted that the "way it works" is that I give them all of my personal information and he will send something in the mail to me with the information that I was looking to clear up.

It's a collection agency...you can get them to stop calling your house...it has to be in writing...they will not stop,it's a repeat calling machine...once your number is in they call all the time...remember,in writing and the calls will stop...also...these company buy your debts for let's say 30 cents to the dollar and they try and collect as much as they can...but the collecting aency is NOT your creditor...so you owe them nothing...you do not have to pay them nothing...
