This number (781-891-9348) calls my cell phone to tell me it is a second notice about my vehicle warranty. I have a used car and never purchased ANY vehicle warranty. I never finish listening to the message and have programmed that number in my phone with a "Do Not Answer" name, so that that "Do Not Answer" flashes if that number calls my phone again.

KK - That is incorrect. That is an urban legend disproved by snopes.com.The number just called me too but I didn't answer. I already reported a bunch of these people to the FCC and it stopped. I suppose if it starts again I'll be reporting more of this activity.
