They called and when I answered they hung up. I returned the call to see who it was and it said the phone number was either disconnected or out of service.

This number is a scam because I try to call them and the number is either disconnected, or no longer in service. So one has to wonder that if they are disconnected, or out of service then how could they be calling me in the first place? I hate the fact that they disconnect their number soon after they call me since I can't call them back to tell them off and to tell them to leave me alone and to stop calling me. Whoever these people are I hope they get arrested for running this telemarketing scam because they are wasting my minutes. My cell provider makes me pay for every call that comes through to my cell as if I had dialed it myself. That sucks big time for me since I don't need them calling all the time.

Machine call connects you to a live person after a moment. Something like associated credit services. When I asked for a phone number in case we got disconnected, they offered to call me back. When I asked again for their number they hung up on me! What a scam. Do not trust these people. I think they're up to something dangerous and illegal.
