Got multiple successive calls from ***. Have told them I don't want any additional services and that the retention department needs to call me because between these calls and the ridiculous amount of money I pay a month, I am ready to get my Internet from another provider and I can go without cable because I have Netflix anyway.

I received a call from them on my cell phone and I filed a complaint with the FCC @ http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm?sid=d1e419&id=d1e469 . Everyone should file a complaint if they receive a call; then we can get this stopped
