THIS IS A SCAM CALL They will tell you that there are fees to be paid, I was told $850, DO NOT PAY THIS YOU DID NOT WIN PUBLISHING CLEARING HOUSE. IF YOU TELL THEM YOU DON'T HAVE THE MONEY, THEY SAN SOMETHING TO THE IDEA IF THEN IT GOES TO THE NEXT PERSON. YOU NEVER WON. HANG UP AND DONT TAKE THE CALLS.
