SCAM. Do not call this number. Computerized voice mail stating my account information was changed. Stated to call this number for technical support. Did not call them.

I researched this number... I received via email a FINAL NOTICE from ATT and this number was on it. I did not call it. I did call the ATT number on my bill and they said this is a total scam. The FINAL NOTICE is extremely realistic looking and even their website link is the right address for ATT. The guy at ATT said the link might look right but it will take you to a bogus site. WOW, beware.
