Junk Fax Scam Insurance Company. This is the number to be removed from their list. Don't trust it. The number for voice was 800-320-9968. The person who answered told me the company was "First American Healthcare".I found the above number on another reporting of this company and called and left a message. My number is a private residential number that is also on the Do Not Call list. I'm tired of these creeps using up my toner!!!

Faxed an unsolicited Health Ins. ad to my home office fax. Called the 800 #. Asked the man's name, he said "Jacob". Asked the Co. name, he said "First American". Told him he was in violation of "do-no-call". He became very verbally abusive and argumentative. Ended up his tirade by calling me senile and told me "shut your mouth", then he hung up.

I called the # at the bottom of the page 1 877-864-5680 to be removed and they said my number had been removed. This is about the 10th time I have called it and asked to be removed.
