Claims to be National Recovery Agency a debt collector. Sent a SMS demand letter type thing to a cell phone that belongs to my employer for a medical bill from July 7, 2016 with someone else's name attached.

This is a debt collector. I know this because they called my cell phone today. I also received a letter from them today ironically saying that eBay who I owed money had charged off my account and sent it to them for collections.

Have their number blocked. My call blocker application picks up and hangs up on them after a couple of rings. The dumb asses keep calling repeatedly and get hung up on.

They call 3 or 4 times a day. Back to back double calls 3 to 4 times a day. I finally got fed up and answered once and the woman on the other end ( whom I could barely understand ) claimed she needed me to verify my personal info. I told her I do not discuss that over the phone. To mail me whatever bogus legal documents they wanted. If it is a legal matter ( which she claimed ) then they should have no problem taking legal channels and mail me a certified letter on the matter. She said that's not the companies policy. I asked " oh, what company might that be and she hung up. Total fishing scam. I owe nothing to anyone so please beware of these people and NEVER give them any of your info !

Won't stop calling. Filed a report with FTC but won't stop calling cell. If I could get them to call every day at 7 am I could give my alarm clock a break. Just trying to think of a way for these calls to be use full.

Trying to collect on old written off debts. Scam. Fraud. Report to FTC and/or hire one of the lawyers that sues these bottom feeders for violation of collection practices. You will win and get 700 bucks minimum. I did just for reporting this harassment.

At least one telephone call a day for two weeks. One of a series of different collectors over two years attempting to collect a bill from someone I do not know and have never known. Requests to cease calling only result in a different agency calling for the same person a few weeks later.

This number calls my home three to five times DAILY! The caller ID says "nursery discovery" and the number is 800-360-4319, this past time. Every time they call it is a different number. I have started answering the phone saying "STOP CALLING HERE", but they just keep calling. They never leave a message, and this last call, I went off on the caller. Told them to take my f*^&$# number off their stupid list and to not call here again. SO frusrating.

Calls my cell phone a couple times a month trying to reach someone I don't know. I have told them more than once that I am not the person they are looking for, but they continue to call. I am now contacting my cell provider to have the call blocked.

they called and when answered a automated message came on asking for so and so but when the live person came on the person the asked for was completely different.  I asked what was their company's name and she said it so quickly all I got was medical llc.  When I asked what does the company do the phone was quiet and then the caller hung up.

This person has called over the past year looking for tons of different people at my number and now are asking for me. They leave a message saying if I am that person "press 1", if not then press "2". I am on the do not call list. It is gettng aggravating.

This "person" calls daily. The caller ID comes up with the number 800-360-4319 and it says the number is from Nursery Discove. When you answer it is a foreign voice saying ir this is Dawn press 1. If you need to go get this person press 2, etc. I don't answer it anymore. Calls keep coming in regularly - even Sundays. Yes, I'm on the do not call list.

This lady called at 8:57PM on a Sunday. I was so upset and told them about it and then they were looking for some one that didn't even live here. What the heck, I thought that tollfree people were not supposed to call on a Sunday or even after 8:00PM. I have no idea what company this was, caller said it was something RA. I recommend not even answering the phone, they can barely speak english.

They have been calling since May-June 2009 -- so it has been months. I have talked to them at least 3 times and informed them that the person they are looking for is not at this number. There is a huge SCAM, a multimillion dollar SCAM, being forced on the american public!!And our legal system is in on it!third party debt collectors!!!When you stop paying on a credit card debt,The original creditor is mandated by federal law, to charge-off an account when no payments have been received for 180 days.That date is refered to as the �Date of Last Activity (DLA)’ and reported as such, to the credit reporting agencies by the creditor.After they write it off, they "Bundle" all these uncollectable accounts and sell them for pennies on the dollar on the open market, this is where the 3rd party debt collectors come in.They BUY a "BUNDLE" of this uncollected debt info from the original bank.However what they buy is your name, account number, and what you owed to the original bank.They rarely or never get your "original signed contract" with the credit card company, your last statement of payment on the account, and the original writeoff amount.This is what they need to "PROVE" in court that they now have "TITLE" to your original debt.!!This information is usually sold several times within the "networks" still as a BUNDLEof uncollectable debt!They will harris you on the phone, send threating letters, saying that they represent"XYC LLC" who now has title to your Bank of Bundi account in which you owe someridiculous amount.First off the "XYC LLC" company is usually some "shell" company that the collection law firm has setup, because by law, the law firm itself cannot hold title and try to enforce a judgement against you.So they have to "represent" a client who holds title, so they claim against you.The law they are trying to collect on is "CONTRACT" law,,which requires them to have "the original signed contract", and the "deeds of transfer", indicating your account specifically with the "deeds of transfer", and a copy or original of your last statement, indicating your last payment on the account, and the "charge Off" amount. Which the original bank "wrote Off" its books.They never have any of this information, what they present to the court is a hodge podge of information, a pasted piece from an excell spredsheet with your name, address ect, usually 2 pages sideways, "certifications" which are assembled by their own staff on their own computer systems, including usually an amount you owe which they assembled from their own computer system. I'm another frustrated recipient of daily phone calls @ 9:30 A.M. every day of the week for weeks now. I usually see their 800 # flash on my phone & don't bother answering, but today I decided to cal & find out why they're leaving their standard "Jennifer" message each day. Turns out they're trying to reach the former person who had my telephone #, but when I talked to them , they acted like it was no big deal & they were very curt with me. If the calls continue, they'll be reported to the proper agency.

This person called jennifer called, and left this number and some kind of garbled code name,that i am to include when i return this call. It was mechanically, impossible to understand any of it. Tired of these calls.

After several complaints filed this number is still calling. each call that is answered is different and they will not identify themselves. Get real people! If I don't know a number or it is not identified as to who it is, it WILL NOT BE ANSWERED! GET OFF MY PHONES!

This phone number has been leaving a message constantly saying to reference "master number VC6439" all hours of the day. I finally got sick of it and called to find out what it was about. They said it was for my son and was he had home. I said no but I could take the call. They said no. I told them to stop calling that he didn't want to buy anything. They said they weren't selling anything - yeah right! I told them it was my phone, I paid for it and to stop calling. The woman was quite rude, told me she would to still call and that I couldn't stop it and to "have a nice day". I have registered my phone number on the "do not call" but can't file a complaint for 31 days. In the meantime I don't even know what this is about.

This number appears on my caller ID numerous times each day, morning and night. They never leave a message. If they are National Recovery collection agency, they are violating the law and will be getting a letter from my lawyers, plus a warning from the FCC for nuisance calling and for a collection agency using "Not Provided" on their caller id.

This came through on my cell phone. When I answered the call, I heard, "all our representatives are handling other calls. Please stay on the line for the next available representative." I hung up. I have no idea who they are looking for. I usually get calls for the woman who had my cell number several years ago. She is apparently in debt up to her eyes and is still using my number for a contact number.

I call them my fan club.. They wont stop, its a daily routine.  What a bunch of jerks...

These people have called me on an almost daily basis for over a year. I've asked them several times to please stop calling because I don't owe money to anybody. I had to purchase a special caller ID that blocks selected numbers from ringing my phone because of these scum bags! They still call almost everyday but my phone doesn't ring. they call at least 6-10 times every day even though i have told them that the person they are looking for is not at this number one day they told me i was that person and they would be calling back in 5 min to talk to me how can i report them so they cannott haress me anymore

this is a debt being collected usually from hospitals.. so if you have a hospital bill that you didnt pay then chances are this is it... check your credit report people because they dont hesitate to put anything on it!
