This is some sort of a scam or spoofed number. I didn't answer, but the message left was an automated voice regarding "a fraud alert." Real fraud alerts have a person who wants to question you, not a robotic voice, which directs you to "Press 1 to connect with a fraud specialist." This just means a computer generated call was made to you so they can just capture your info to add to their "verified" information list for potential fraud candidates to use for scams.
