The number showed up on my caller ID as USAA They asked if I was traveling. I told them no.. They told me someone was using my account to make a purchase at CVS and Walmart in Atlanta GA. After looking into my account I saw 8 unauthorized transactions and called USAA. They didn't process any of those transactions and fixed my account... Thank you USAA it could have been a disaster for me.

Fraudulent credit card charge on a credit I had not used recently. This number was listed as USAA Insurance and the above phone # was given.

Not sure if fake, but did call USAA tech support to help with login. Believe this is old main USAA line, but using people from out of state likely per COVID. On repeat prompts for USAA over and over. I was furious by time a person answered. A girl answered to get me logged back in said in Utah. Snow!? Getting strange calls from long 50 years lost relatives from spouses family, hard to tell legit from FRAUD. CAUTION! Hate dealing online and on phones. Never know who you are REALLY talking to.

I have software on my phone that will automatically disconnect calls from numbers without a caller ID. The calls I have received from USAA have all had a caller ID and if I were available I answered. I don't knw why a USAA telemarketer would be calling me as I already have home and auto insurance with them.

Caller pretends to be my son. Crying like he is in distress.

Comments say the call was from USAA—not from any number I have for them. This call was from Sacramento; USAA is in Texas. May they have only misery!

They advised they where with USAA fraud division. Had my information. Advised of false charges. Then requested my account pin to process a new card. I contacted USAA and they had no knowledge of fraudulent activity. No issues noted on my account.
