Foreign accent caller said he had a work order to disconnect our Ameren service within the hour and gave me this 1-800 # to call. I did even though it was a different # than the customer service number on our bill and instead of an automated answering service a person with the same type of foreign accent answered. I hung up and immediately called Ameren to report the scam.
