This definitely was a computer scam attempt. I was trying to contact McAfee TechMaster. The number I had was one digit off the correct number. A man with a strong foreign accent answered. He gave me a number to call if a disconnection were to occur 833-670-3259. It did occur. He called me immediately back from 833-397-2817. He was trying to get information about my computer and told me repeatedly that my software was not good.

Received similar voicemail from same number 18006696607. Transcript from a supposed “ROBIN MATTHEW” CLAIMING TO BE FROM THE Bank of America mortgage lending department. Caller had HEAVY FOREIGN ACCENT. Offering Covid-19 relief loan modification program “through getting a reduction to your monthly mortgage and (to scare me as I’m and have always up-to-date with my mortgage payment) and “SAVE YOUR MORTGAGE PROMPT FROM FURTHER LEGAL ACTION”. Left call back number 972-360-7908. (I’M NO FOOL AND I DID NOT CALL THAT NUMBER.). He had my correct address. Where did he get it and where did he get my number. I’m concerned they may be getting information to perform title theft.

Medical Device Scam

Said they were a debt collection... started asking for my SSN. Here's the thing: All my BofA accounts are in good standing. Absolutely no way this is legit. Either phishing for personal info or trying to suck in a payment over the phone.

I was contracted by a representative from Bank of America at this number 18006696607 claiming to be a loss mitigation specialist from the Convid-19 relief program on 03/18/2021. A specialist Name : Kerwin with a Supervisor name: Sam Williams who stated: I was approved for the mortgage relief program under the Convid-19 Care act. I said, ok but i put the person on hold then I re-called the number back to make sure it was Bank of America. Bank of America Confirmed the number . Then I asked the Supervisor for his badge number. Confirmed. # 78652. Then I used chrome and google: The phone number and individuals through Bank of America Website . Which BOA website: Confirmed the individuals and the phone number to the mortgage department. However , this was a highly played scram. The Specialist (kerwin) an the Supervisor (Sam Williams)told me to send my payment to the loss mitigation Attorney: (Pamela Evans) at 3207 Fico Ave las Vas NV 89141. While receiving the loss mitigation specialist - direct office # 214 810-9587 . So, After confirming. I send the suppose to be approved loss mitigations' relief: Two payments; The specialist text me back with a confirmation #MB1475292 then assure me I would receive my confirmation letter in the US postal mail over night. However the letter never came. So, I called BOA. Only to find out, 5 days later, it was a scram!!!. I believe, It's was an inside- BOA scram!!! I lost $1,594 in the middle of a Mortgage pandemic . Smdh.

i received a letter, it looked legitimately from bank of america. it said if any question, call 800.669.6607. the problem is the content of the letter does not correspond to anything i have going with BofA. this is a strange number, it is very suspicious.

Number Guru shows the number belongs to Darlene Daniels in Garland, Texas. I don’t know anyone in Texas.
