Received similar voicemail from same number 18006696607. Transcript from a supposed “ROBIN MATTHEW” CLAIMING TO BE FROM THE Bank of America mortgage lending department. Caller had HEAVY FOREIGN ACCENT. Offering Covid-19 relief loan modification program “through getting a reduction to your monthly mortgage and (to scare me as I’m and have always up-to-date with my mortgage payment) and “SAVE YOUR MORTGAGE PROMPT FROM FURTHER LEGAL ACTION”. Left call back number 972-360-7908. (I’M NO FOOL AND I DID NOT CALL THAT NUMBER.). He had my correct address. Where did he get it and where did he get my number. I’m concerned they may be getting information to perform title theft.

I was contracted by a representative from Bank of America at this number 18006696607 claiming to be a loss mitigation specialist from the Convid-19 relief program on 03/18/2021. A specialist Name : Kerwin with a Supervisor name: Sam Williams who stated: I was approved for the mortgage relief program under the Convid-19 Care act. I said, ok but i put the person on hold then I re-called the number back to make sure it was Bank of America. Bank of America Confirmed the number . Then I asked the Supervisor for his badge number. Confirmed. # 78652. Then I used chrome and google: The phone number and individuals through Bank of America Website . Which BOA website: Confirmed the individuals and the phone number to the mortgage department. However , this was a highly played scram. The Specialist (kerwin) an the Supervisor (Sam Williams)told me to send my payment to the loss mitigation Attorney: (Pamela Evans) at 3207 Fico Ave las Vas NV 89141. While receiving the loss mitigation specialist - direct office # 214 810-9587 . So, After confirming. I send the suppose to be approved loss mitigations' relief: Two payments; The specialist text me back with a confirmation #MB1475292 then assure me I would receive my confirmation letter in the US postal mail over night. However the letter never came. So, I called BOA. Only to find out, 5 days later, it was a scram!!!. I believe, It's was an inside- BOA scram!!! I lost $1,594 in the middle of a Mortgage pandemic . I just received a call from 888-325-5357 asking for a former name. I answered because this caller has made several attempts but left no messages. The caller stated he was from Bank of America and requested the last 4-digits of my SSN. I told him I would NEVER GIVE THIS INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE & he requested that I call back to 800-669-6607. When I asked the purpose of the call he said it was a "Business Matter." I told him BOA would NEVER ask for my SSN & he hung up.

I just received a call from this number. When I answered no one said anything. I checked the caller ID and called the number back. Someone answered and said they did not call. I checked the caller ID from a few days ago and the number was on there again.
