After getting what seemed like a legitimate update on RX refill from CVS (and, also mentioned bringing an updated insurance card to present to the person at the drive-up window)...so, poster typed "Help", then pressed "send", to see what the response looked like. Did this because firstly I don't have insurance, so I don't have an insurance card. Secondly, since I rarely use the drive-up window to pick up refills, why would the instructions be so specific. Statistically speaking, I'm more likely to pick up meds inside, at the Rx counter. So after pressing send, the response that I received instructed me to call my pharmacy or this number for information. Not saying anything is sketchy, but I'm also not saying that this should be chalked up to coincidence and that it's not worth mentioning. That's my two cents. Hope it helps someone.

Dennis from Pa. on October 31, 2021. On my BOA bank statement (Visa) I had a bill listed from WWW.CVS.com for $64.99. for an online purchase WHICH I DID NOT ORDER. I called 1-800-746-7287 and got CVS . When you google this number it comes up the real CVS. Somehow some person got my card info and made an unauthorized purchase . The person who answered the phone on 800-746-7287 told me immediately to call BOA and report the fraud. BOA is going to reverse the charge of $64.99 and issue a new card. I hope this helps someone.

This call is NOT from CVS. It's a phishing scam. You should never, ever say the word, "yes" on over the phone unless you are absolutely certain that you can trust who you are speaking to. This company s****s off asking Question that most be answered 'yes" or "no." Them they ask for your phone. Next, they will all for your name. They will yet for your credit card. Now they have your voice saying "yes", saying your name, and your credit card number. That's all they need to stick you for about $40. Never, ever say yes to Stranger.

I work for CVS/pharmacy and this is a call from the Extra Bucks department. They just call to tell you that your Extra Bucks are either ready for use or that there is an employee sale. In this case it was an employee sale for me, since I work for them. You can opt out of receiving the calls, just wait til the end for the option.

Received a call from 1-800-746-7287 which was a recorded message supposedly from CVS pharmacy. When they attempted to say my last name the recording got stuck in a loop and just kept saying, "Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha...." I let it go for one minute and 37 seconds of automated "laughter" before ****ing up. Kind of creepy.
