Absolutely horrible customer service!! Cannot speak with a supervisor, they are very rude, I cannot believe that anyone would ever give their credit card to this company. Put these people out of business!! They will argue with you on the phone and evade any types of questions you ask about their company and how they got your information. They tell you a "free **x dvd" but never mention anything about $9.95 shipping and handling!! Do not even think about calling this company or you will end up very frustrated!! VERY VERY VERY RUDE!!!

They sent a ridiculous, non-descript postscript stating final attempt and to phone them. They give no info when answering the phones and will not let you speak with a manager. They are from diamondvid.com (yes, part of Adam and Eve). They're rude, and underhanded. Keep calling them to drive them nuts though. Remember, everytime you call that 800 number it costs them money (they pay for incoming minutes on 800 lines), it also wastes their time. Maybe if enough people do this we can stop places like this from existing.

The company is called "Diamond Enterprise"....but the 800 number is their answering service
(800) 755-8329 - April 3rd, 2008 4:00am
I spoke with Adam and Eve customer service. As it turns out Diamond Enterprises is their parent company so thats how they got access to Adam & Eve's mailing list. Still, the *itches answering the phone for Diamond Enterprises are very rude. After digging there customer service number (which is out of service) re-directs you to a very expensive directory****istance number to call for more info.
