Also found out that this scam company uses the number of 847-413-0326 OR the number of .18008891952. They probably have lots others as well due to them hamming up on hundreds of numbers like all these places do. They are out of the Chicago area...either out of 1. Schaumburg, IL2. Roselle, ILOf course unpublished!

Dont you just love how people from these spam companies write these fake "reports" like this site really is real and it helped them SO much?! This person is a FAKE who wrote this. THIS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM NUMBER. It calls my house at all hours of the day and night, including the "off" hours when these types of people/business/scams can not call. They call over and over. Tried to get my g/f to give out her SS number....SORRY FRAUDS...too smart for that! So, now it is time that I have a little fun with them! Last time that we got calls over and over, we started calling and spam calling the spammer. It did work! The guy has fallen off the radar and is no longer answering his phone!Lets get these scammers and I found an easy way to do it too!

This stupid mean lady keeps calling my cell phone, who does not identify herself insisting that I call her back asap or she will enforce a pay roll deduction! I did go to a vo-cational school back in the early 90's and did not continue after 90 days, so the owner of that school did not put my paperwork in for a refund. I hired legal advice and got it directly cleared up as a refund back to the government with the US Dept of Education. Now after 10 years this company keeps calling me like I am a criminal! Beware, they are a fraudulent entitiy and the next time she calls I will tell her to contact my attorney!!!!!!!!!

I went to Paralegal school in Miami(1987) for almost a year, but found out I had cancer an moved home. I owed them for a few books. I had truly forgotten about it because of numerous surgeries and lots of dramas. They have called me many times under different names, but the same MO. I was informed by an atty. they can not bother someone about a debt so old. I only borrowed enough money for six books. I paid cash for the course, now the books cost well over $10,000.00 it almost killed me until i found out they are in the wrong. I hope noone has to suffer like i have. Please keep records and messages is what the sherriff and attorney suggested.

I received an e-mail from my employer:Magda: The Payroll Department has received a notice from The U.S. Department of Education, requesting payment for the final payoff amount on your account. The amount of $60.97 will be deducted from your 10/15 paycheck and forwarded to this Agency. Any questions on the amount due should be directed to them, I have attached a copy of the order.I researched the information and this is what I found out.The phone number 800-889-6321 is for a company named FMS Investment Co. If you dial their direct line 847-413-0326 ext.1015 you will reach Vanessa Burgos an employee at their Corporate offices. They are not the U.S. Department of Education. I have written directly to the U.S. Department of Education and there is not an outstanding debt with them. I do know that this people are using the Department of Education letterhead but none of their information puts you in contact with the Goverment agency. Our payroll Dept is in California and apparently they cave easily at the fake letterhead and keep writing this people checks. I need a lawyer or someone to get this to stop?

This person called my dad's house & my home looking for me. Ironically they used my nickname & my maiden name. When my husband asked who it was. The man said his name was Donald & that he was calling in regards to my student loans. I have no student loans. We paid cash for my college tuition... Weird?? Calling him back on Tuesday or Wednesday.

All true. I checked it a little further and found that FMS (Financial Management Services) is indeed a collection agency that collects for the government (student loans, etc.)

I received a voice mail to call 800-889-6321 from Azel at ext 1206. Azel said he was calling for verification of employment for a Richard Burdy for the US Dept of Education. I called back told him, that no one under that name has worked here in the 7 1/2 years I've been here. He tried to give me the social but I kept telling him no one under that name works here. He ***g up rather quickly and aburptly. I looked up the 800 on the search engine to discover it is a collection agency. I'm ****ed because this person indicated he was working for US Dept of Educations. That wrong! I wish I saved the voice mail now.
