Block this number! They call 5-10 times a day and that means 7 days a week. Often at 7am. This number is tied to GE Capital. I have searched my accts and cannot find one tied to GE Cap, nor can I find an acct that I am late on. I am going to learn how to report numbers. This one is the worst I've had to date. They will call you when they are closed and the recording tells you to call in!

Received a call on my cell while at work today - I silenced the ringer. Immediately after they called my work phone number... I amswered and received a "click" - hung up on me. I called the number back. Automated system asks for an account number (no identification of where I was calling, mind you) and after pressing 0 a few times a human answered. He said something I couldn't understand and I asked "what business am I calling?" He said this is GE Capital retail - we handle retail cards such as Old Navy, Sams Club, etc etc." I said I do not have any of those cards you just mentioned, and I am receiving calls on my home and my work number. He repeated what I said, "You don't have any of those cards." I said "No. I do not have any of those cards." Then he asked me for the phone number that I was receiving calls on... so I laughed and said I would rather not... thanks - and I hung up. Never mind that Sams is a discount card, not a credit card....? Definitely spamming. The economy doesn't suck enough for everyone, so people have to go out and try to steal from others? Come on...

Called my home every three hours for the past two weeks. Same recorded message every time. Asks for account number when you call back using the reported number of 8009456596 . I now respond with loud noises and anything that I can think of off the top of my head. Keeping a chart of the dates and times of each call (and have them this as well). Hundreds of others have made the same comments regarding this number. I am also on the do not call lists for home and cell phones.

I keep gettng calls for an Anita Perez from this company with whom I have never had any affiliation either past or present.
