They call over 10 times a day, when answered they say they can not speak to me only my husband. I stated he was not available to speak and if they wanted something done they had no choice to but to speak to me. The lady said I would have to give her information to be spoken to about this matter and I said ok what is it you need? I have never had any business with Capital One and I explained that to them several times. They continue to call several times everyday at all times. I do not know how much the person they are trying to reach owes them, but it must be quite a bit. Man asked if I was Michael. I asked what this was pertaining to. He again asked if this was Michael. I again asked what this pertained to. He finally told me his name (started with J, Jacob or something like that and he had an accent, not english speaking) and was this Michael. I said yes, what's this pertaining to. He finally said he was calling on behalf of Citi and said it was a special offer about my mastercard. I said I wasn't interested. He again said this was a special offer. I asked if he didn't hear what I said. He just acted like he didn't hear what I said. We're on the do not call list and have been since it started. He didn't seem to be listening. I asked to be taken off the list and I wasn't interested for about the 4th time. He then hung up on me.
