It was a black gentlemen (loosely put) & I could not understand much of what he said. His speech was so bad & uneducated in the English language. (& I'm no super brain) It must have been that Ebonics language I have heard about. Either way, school teaches English here & it's not my fault that he is to lazy to try and make an effort to speak clearly. Why waste peoples time if you can't speak like a normal, intelligent human! I'm tired of being worried about our opinions because they are the biggest cry babies on the planet! Wine anyone! God forbid we speak up, but it's ok for them to comment, run their mouth & talk so loud in public to sound important! Talk on the cell real loud around everyone just to sound important! We got a call from 801-823-2023 at 8:30pm -- we are on the no call list -- we have caller ID and do not answer calls on numbers we do not recognize and especially toll free calls-- they left no message on the recorder. We have been getting a lot of toll free unknown name calls in the last month, most of them do not leave a message those that do leave a message are looking for a person that does not live here.

It's Western Wats, a telemarketing company. They've been calling me every day for weeks. I was so mad after reading how many people they bothered (there are several websites with complaints about this number) that I went to the FCC website and filed a complaint online. Everyone should do this! Just go to www.fcc.gov, look at the links on the left, click on Contacting the FCC, then look under To Obtain Information via E-mail or Online Form and click on File a Complaint. Then choose your complaint type, click Next at the bottom and it will lead you through the steps to file an online complaint.

This number just called. When I answered, there was nobody there for a few seconds then a hang up. I also got a call from them on 11/6--I wasn't here but the number was left on my caller ID. Caller ID just said "unknown name" then the number.

Had calls from this number (caller ID said Ogden, UT) at around 5 p.m. on 11/9 and 7:30 p.m. on 11/11. Nobody there when I answered. We're also on Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield, and it seems odd that they'd be doing a phone survey and odder still that they'd not answer when you pick up the phone even after several hellos. Possibly a scam of some sort??
