Keep track of their calls - date, time, the fake info showing in your caller Id, and anything YOU can get them to say. Put them on speaker phone then tape/record them. It might be some employee checking out a new account or they might be one of their boiler rooms trying to sell you some Sun Trust offering or different type of an account.
