I know shaun. He is a jerk. He was a bill collector and was fired from discover card for making personal threats outside of work. He is a drug abuser and just got his paralegal stuff. I haven't talked to him in ten years. His parents have diff name and live near my parents. What kind of person becomes like him? I don't know

Received a call from Sean Julian who called my mother's cell phone AND residence looking for me. The first phone call was to my mother's cell phone. Mr. Julian represented himself as an attorney looking for me. She asked what the matter was about before she volunteered and information. He said it was a serious civil matter. He was abrasive and upset my mother when she wouldn't answer any questions. She hung up on him. Less than 5 minutes later he called and asked for my father who has now been deceased two (2) years. It upset my mother because she knew recognized the voice and handed the phone over to my sister because he was again abrasive in tone. My sister explained that I do not reside at the residence the number is at. He then accused my sister of being me and quote "You know why I am calling..." She asked that he not call either number again. My sister called me at work and gave me the number on the caller ID. The recording states "This is the Law office of David Gillette and Tracy Paul" for civil matters press zero (0). I did and after searching me by first and last name, I get Mr. Sean Julian on the phone. My first question was: "What state are you certified to practice law in?" He states, I am not an attorney, but I am a paralegal and any matter that I say needs to be pressed on, I tell the attorney and he presses. He never stated what he wanted, only that he called looking for me. When I tried to explain my disappointment in the manner he spoke to my mother he tried to speak over me. When I told him he needed to listen or I would hang up, he said "fine hang up" So I did. Not sure what to expect next, but I have no idea what this is about.

A man called and said his name (I don't know who he said), but he was from the Gillette Law firm and he was calling about a family relative who is in serious trouble with the law,and he was obtained to represent this "family relative".  He said it was a very serious case.  He then told me the person's name, but it was no one I ever heard of.  He said the guy was from Ohio, or something like that.  I told him I never heard of this person. He then gave names of some of my other relatives.  He asked me if the first three numbers in my social security number was XXX, and I told him yes.  He also called my mother-in-law asking her for her date of birth.

These people call me every day about some "Court case" that we are not involved in. He says he is "Mr. Steven Johnson" and he WORKS for the Gillette & Paul Law Firm, located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Origianlly he tries to pass himself off as a lawyer, but when asked, he admits he's a legal assistant.  He says it's in regards to a court case.None of us have every had a court case in Utah.  We don't live in Utah.  We want the crazy phone calls to stop.
