I dont think its from payday loans. We have never applied for them and they called my son's cell number and left a msg for my husband. My son has only had this cell phone and number for 1 month. They have never called our home or work just his cell.

I got the call from 518-503-1906.  I received a call this morning from "Officer David," then he changed it to "Officer David Daniels."  He was attempting to make us think that we were in some sort of legal trouble because a friend of ours used us as a reference, and now there was some alleged murky fraud that had occurred.The guy had a heavy accent, as everyone else's caller did, couldn't answer a single question straight-forwardly, and said that I would have to "talk to his captain," but made no move to transfer me.  The number above is the phone number he provided; it came up as "unavailable" on caller ID.  I received a call this morning from "Officer David," then he changed it to "Officer David Daniels."  He was attempting to make us think that we were in some sort of legal trouble because a friend of ours used us as a reference, and now there was some alleged murky fraud that had occurred.  It makes absolutely no sense, of course.I don't know that it would do any good to contact the police.  They'll make a report of it, but there's nothing they can really do to stop them.  Everyone just keep on being smarter than they are, and don't fall for their schemes.

I just received two calls from these people stating they were from Bureau of Criminal Investigations and indicated that I owe for a loan back in 2006.  Then I got seriously aggervated and told them this better not be a scam. Evidently, they began to threaten me that I could lose my job and that I could be prosecuted, etc.......

They call me at work everyday saying that I owe money for a payday loan that I never took out. The guy sounds like he's from a different country. I don't think this is real. I think they are just trying to get money out of me or something like that. But they really need to stop calling my work before they get me fired!

Ok so my sister in law and brother got a call from this nubmer ALL THE TIME it was a bunch of foriegners saying tht I owed them money for a payday loan couldnt give me much information other then online service i continued to ask them several questions about the company where they were at the bad part is that they actually had a # come up that was from the same area code as where my sister in law and brother lived. they were asking for me everytime. then this sandrea left a message saying the authorities were coming to arrest me blah blah that they would down load my file. they had me so confused cause i had gone on line bout 5 yrs ago and inquired bout a loan but never got one. they were maybe making me think that it downloaded the loan or something. I gave them a very hard time everytime a talked to them told them i called the police and the better business bureu on them they told me that the sandra that called they would fire because of her actions. ok so then when i talked to  man I ended up harrassing them back telling them to stop harrassing Americans and keep that crap in their own country. i called back 2 weeks after i said id make a payment and told them it would be another 2 weeks and they said ok they would look for the payment and to call them. THey FINALLY quit calling my sister in laws house for me after several several times and my brother did call them back once gave them a fake name they said hold on and came back saying that they had a file for that name and he owed. LOL! RIGHT coiencedetal or what. I never gave them any information no # to contact me either. so today i get a call on my cell phone and now they leave me a message to call back but left no # and this time it was a restriced #. said there was an affidavit filed against me my social security # blah blah. HOW THE HECK DID THEY GET MY CELL PHONE #. i always blocked my # when i called them. uuuuggg. am i going to have to change my # now or what. this sucks. ive been pulling out my hair trying to figure it all.

I had received calls from a Daniel Black with a foreign accent and back ground noise like crazy about owing money from a payday loan. I at that time did give my information and paid it off. well about a month maybe goes by and I get a call from this above number from a tom obrien badge number 5446 stating that I owed this money for another one from the same month as before. I then was transferred to a Verification officer John Butler to give information to, is this a scam or what? Now I am nieve, but they really laid it on thick about being prosecuted and going to court. When I call the number back, they just say "How can I help you today?" What do I do?

The number is from Greensboro, SC I called the Secret Service and spoke to a guy in SC. He indicated that they are probably in some foreign country and using this number. I called the 803 number every five minutes for over an hour and a half. When they would answer, which they wouldn't sometime, I would harass them back. All they would say is "uh huh" in fact I started calling the guy "uh huh". I don't expect them to call me back and I will continued to harass them until this number goes out of service. This is an extoration by terriorists..."DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY" Harass them and they will go away.

I to recieved a call from these people .it was an indian who spoke better english than most and for once he didn't sound like he was reading. he identified himself as officer daniel black with bci the burea of crime identification and i defaulted on a payday loan and i will be picked up and detained on criminal charges.  i called a lawyers office who assured me he was a scam.i to have applied for payday loans and my info has been blasted there are numerous indians calling me leaving messages. most have more american sounding names than me funny ha. they all speak bad english and sound like they are reading.ignore them.report them and hope for the best

These people are relentless...they have been calling me for over a year now, from several different numbers.  They all say the same thing or make the same threats...with the exception of one guy who said he was with the legal immigration office and that I would be in violation of immigration laws and be arrested if I don't pay this money.   I had another call today twice at home and my office number. I was threatened to be put in jail and that it would be a big public scandal..Whatever!   I know I do not owe these people, however, my biggest mistake was to enter my information on several payday loan sites seeking a loan a few years ago...but due to the fact i am in the state of Ga I was denied but this was after I have entered all my personal & financial information on these sites.  I am almost sure this info was obtained from those online applications.   I have asked them on several occassions to fax me their information including the officer's badge #, company name & address, etc.  Each time they will either hang up or get mad and start yelling but will never give any information.  One things for sure they will never give up but don't give in to these people, they are NOT legit..Report them to REAL law enforcement and pray somehow, someway they get caught and leave us alone!!!!

I get a message today from Officer Daniel Black from the Bureau of Crime Identification. He states there is a legal complaint in his office linked to my SS #.  I'm not going to call him back.  He sounds just like the guy, "John Baker" who calls me at work 30 times a day.  All of my co-workers ask him to stop calling and tell him I'm not there.  He's rude, he hangs up on us, and immediately calls back.  I've tried calling there from home (they don't have my home number)just to get them to stop calling me at work.  They won't tell me who or what I owe this money to, they just want my banking info.  Oh right, like I'm a total idiot.  Anyway, we finally forwarded him to the police department.  They did some searches with the numbers we were given and searched their so called business name, but came up with nothing.  We've tried tracing the numbers at work, but unable to. The police believe they are calling from a foreign country and there is nothing they can do about that.  He told me to call him back 100 times a day and see if they like it.  Also, my work has set up a new extension just for these guys, so the switchboard will just send them there and they will get a message.  They will either leave something we can use or hopefully get sick of getting that voice mail and quit calling.

They called my job harrassing me. I will not talk to them. At first it was a Nikki Harris calling then now a Kelly Wilson is calling and telling my supervisors that this is a legal matter and I will be summons to court tomorrow. I will not talk to them and anyway they don't suppose to give out that information to othe people that are on the phone. I believe I got scammed before by a Jack Thompson claiming to be the federal investigations Authority first I had a number 201-984-1937 then I started getting diffeent numbers to call. I finally repported this company to the attorney general offices. I'm going to wait and see what happens with this 803-712-4051 they only called my job. I don't see the number on my home phone. I need them to stop calling my job. They will not send any information. How can you get them to stop?

I received a call this evening from a man with a severe foreign accent, called himself Officer Jason Fletcher with the U.S. Department of Justice, badge # 5426. He said that it was imperative that I return the call immediately as I was soon to be prosecuted. I have been scammed by these types of people before and due to a situation with my now ex wife, felt that some of the bills that she didn't pay may have been true as they have had my bank account number, my social security number as well as many other personal bits of information. I have paid out in excess of $4,000.00 to these scam artists. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE for your own safety's sake, call your local police and have them listen to the message and file a report. I have filed reports with the Maine State Attorney General's office about these people, I don't want to see anyone else being taken by these losers.

I received a call from this company also saying that I owed on a payday loan taken out march of 08.I never took out a loan and told him to kiss my a**!He wanted me to verify my SS# and I told him that I would not confirm anything and that I would be calling the police and my bank.My bank told me that this was a fraud. The funny thing was he called my husband and son's cell phone to get to me! Makes you wonder how they get this information!!! HMMMMMMMMM

Says that they are Office Paul Robinson but can hardly speak english.  That it is a legal matter involving payday loan. First of all this would be a civil matter and the police/officer would not, can not get involved.  These people are horrible horrible people, do not take calls from them, do not give them money, call the actual police
