They start around 8am AND CALL ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE. i HAVE A cAPITAL ONE ACCOUNT BUT AM UP TO DATE WITH PAYMENTS, SO I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I WOULD BE GETTING THESE CALLS NOR HOW THEY COULD GET MY CELL PHONE NUMBER, I CERTAINTLY DIDN'T GIVE IT TO THEM.

i looked around and found that this company has a few numbers they like 2 harass u with and i found this advice (I asked the Better Business Bureau. They said to call the Attorney General, Do Not Call Registry at: 888-382-1222. File a complaint is very easy. Only takes a couple of minutes. It is all automated.)

They called here this morning at 8:20!!!!! We didn't answer, (but that's a lousy time to be having the phone ring), and they left no message. Since we have no reason to be hearing from ANY kind of collection agency, as this apparently seems to be from the earlier posts, I'm really mad. If I get even one more phone call from them, I'm reporting them to the FCC as I did with an earlier number. Will look up the details later and post back here, but mainly, for future recipients, don't even bother trying to get in touch with these people; file a complaint with the FCC. (One unfortunate thing I suspect is happening, is that like a virus that mutates, they just keep changing their phone numbers. When you look up other posts for other numbers, you find many, many complaints about "Capital One" if that's even their real name. They're sort of the "swine flu" of the telemarketing industry.)
