This # can be cloned by a ghost number then used to receive your calls, texts and data. It actually is a voicemail number originally. Some one cloned that number and had the calls and sms then redirected again to them.

This is the number for T-Mobile's voicemail. Apparently, when you are out of the country and phone is roaming, you are charged for each time your voicemail picks up, whether a message is left or not. Yes, this is for INCOMING calls that you miss or do not answer. You don't have to check your voicemail or receive a message... you are charged the roaming fee ($1.99 per minute in Haiti) just because someone called you!!!!!
(805) 637-7249
Is there any way to trace the actual phone number that was called into your phone at that time? Any call i received shows up on my bill as 1-805-637-7249 Someone left me a message and didnt leave their number and I am trying to get it....Help....Thanks
(805) 637-7249
This is the voice mail number for T-mobile, if you access your voicemail (i.e.#:123) you get charged for it. My charges came even though I was terra firma in the US. I travel on I-8 between San Diego and Phoenix weekly. I have been charged for internationally roaming because the cell tower closest to me happens to be in Mexico. This sucks! I have contacted T-mobile and the charge stands as far as they are concerned. I have been given exhaustive instructions on how to turn off the roaming feature but it is a chore for each time I get a phone call while traveling. Having just purchased a new phone I get to learn the new process again..Pain in the A$$!!!My advice...don't check your voicemail when traveling near the border.
(805) 637-7249
I too just experienced this number on my bill for the time that I was traveling internationally. I called and spoke with TMobile and they stated they could do nothing to reduce the charge. I was told that if I did not answer the phone I would not be charged. I was charged $105 for calls that I did not answer. If a voicemail was left I was also charged for that. I have sinced cancelled my service and I have had been with TMobile for 10 years. TMobile does not value its customers.
(805) 637-7249
Just $219.00 for having my phone off while in Mexico???They sure got the hell out of me and went after them when I call them, they were so rude and they that there was nothing they could do for me, so since they didn't help me out, I help my self out and went to Verizon!!! Now they wanted to know why I was canceling my service after 6 years of service?
(805) 637-7249
This is certainly a rip off. Have been with T mobile for 7 years and used my phone overseas many times. In August 2009 we traveled to Asia and T mobile NEVER mentioned that for any incmoing calls which go to voice mail (Even though we do not call voice mail), you are charged @2.99 per incoming call. As such if you turn on international roaming you will get charged for all incoming calls even though you do not pick it up. Its best NOT to use T Mobile as roaming instead get a phone which is unlocked and purchase a local chip in the country you are traveling. This is much cheaper, saves you the hassle of dealing with T Mobile agents who think they know it all!!!!!! and best of all YOU are in control. Remember the phone you obtain to work with a local chip must be unlocked and that it is capable of functioning in the country you are traveling to since they have different band widths. I do hope this is useful information since its been very frustrating dealing wtih T Mobile trying to get credit for incoming calls - they will NOT give you credit. My recomendation do not use T Mobile!!!!!!!!!!!
(805) 637-7249
I am so upset with T-Mobile I will now leave them after staying with them for 6 years. I would like to share this experience so other people learn. When you travel with your phone, as soon as you roam on a foreign network T-Mobile knows that you are roaming. From then, anytime somebody leave you a voicemail, they will register it as a roaming call to 805-637-7249 and will charge you at $.99 per minute. It gets even worse as a ripoff, when you check your voicemail, they will also charge you for $.99 per minute.I did check my voicemail from abroad, not using my T-Mobile phone. I've used a friend's phone and call my number, and then punched my code to consult my messages. But since I was accessing my voicemail, they did charge me also $.99 per minute. I also knew before that everytime your phone rings and you are abroad you will be charged one minute, even if you don't pickup. Then don't start me on the data roaming charges. Just to get my emails on my BlackBerry, and I just received them. I didn't send many emails I was not working. They did charge me an average of $10 per day.Basically I've just asked them to remove the so-called "WORLD CLASS INT'L RATE". I've asked also the name and employee number of the person who did that for me. I've did see before that I've asked to remove an option from my plan and they didn't remove it.Well, I will suggest that you stay away from T-Mobile. This is too much of a rip-off. I hope that they get legislated heavily, the cellular phone market is way more competitive in other parts of the world.

I was in South America for 3 weeks and when I returned I received a bill with 4 "receiving calls" from 1-805-637-7249. They were 4.99 each!! I did not make any calls with my cell phone while in South America. Nor did I get any phone messages from people. T-Mobile would not take them off my bill!!
(805) 637-7249
I just got off the phone with Tmobile - and I am now an EX T-Mobile customer as well. 9 minutes in roaming charges at 4.99/minute for calls I did not make. We were on a cruise, the phone was OFF the entire time. Voicemails coming in were still charged as roaming charges. The girl I spoke with verified that this is common procedure and I should have known ?!?!Out of the "kindness" of her dear heart she offered to credit my account $5. I said they need to be KIND enough to credit the entire amount or they would lose my business. After speaking with a manager, she returned to the phone and said there was nothing else she could do.So I "kindly" drove to AT&T and ported my # away from T-mobile.Another dissatisfied customer.
(805) 637-7249
Well it happened to me also... $207 in 2 days.... when I called they told me to go the police and report it and now I find out this number is a tmobile number and tmobile customer service didn't know enough to tell me that when I asked. this is crazy....
(805) 637-7249
I just returned from abroad reviewed my bill and found the same problem 3x. Upon calling T-Mobile, the told me that yes, I have received a call for 4 minutes and at the same time had made another phone call to my voice mail, therefore they charging me $2.99 for the incoming call and another $2.99 for the outgoing call to my voice mail. That's $5.98 Since I was supposed to be on both of these calls at the same time for 4 min, they have charged me total of $23.92 for 4 min call that I have never made. And tax gets added on top of this - of course. This is ridiculous. I have never made any of these calls. How can T-Mobile get away with this? Are any layers reading these posts??? T-Mobile have done the same think this month for 2 separates minutes, that they billed as 4 all together. Its not about hose $23, but the principle.
(805) 637-7249
We just had a large bill with the same Roaming charge issue. As we were overseas, we had the phone turned off most of the time, but we were charged with the Roaming charges (in our case $1.99/min.) for calls made to this number.I just finished speaking with TIM (ID# 0732775) of T-Mobile's call center, and he stated that we definitely made all the 23 calls. He lectured me that I should remove the International Roaming service, if I do not want the calls to show up anymore. The bill shows the calls as an outgoing call, but that was proof enough that T-Mobile is doing this on purpose. As another post stated, even if you have the phone turned off, if you get a call it automatically goes into the Voice Mail service box. Since we were in the International Roaming zone, T-Mobile charges us for the call transfer to the Voice Mail box. T-Mobile still needs to pay the local phone company for using their network.Needless to say, we cancelled T-Mobile.I would advise anyone that uses T-Mobile to do the same.Tim (ID# 0732775) would not even discuss about the possibility that they were wrong, since T-Mobile will not pick-up any International Roaming charges (whatever it may be).I guess a German company like T-Mobile doesn't understand what customer service is all about.
(805) 637-7249
On two dates during a cruise I got hit with a charge of $4.99/min One min charges on two different dates. Will start the discussion with T-Mobile in am 3/30.We cruised in 08 with the T-Mobile and this did not happen. Must be a new charge.

I travel internationally (I use another phone when I traveL - CHEAPER THAN T-MOBILE) and have 6 charges within the last month on my T-Mobile account at $2.99 each when the phone was NOT IN USE. T-MOBILE, STOP CONTACTING ME WITH THIS NUMBER AND, THEN, CHARGING ME!!!
(805) 637-7249
I had a bad experience with t-mobile about 5 years ago, so when I'm abroad, I am careful not to used the phone and have the phone turned off or SIM card removed. BUT, this happened again this months. There were 5 calls from/to 805-637-7249, 1 to 2 min each, while I am on a flight back from Asia. Being ~3000 miles off the west coast, there was noway my phone could be on. Upon calling t-mobile twice (they hung up on me the first time), they agreed to remove the charges. So it seems as long as you have been on a non-t-mobile GSM network once, t-mobile assumes you are still on an outside network and charge you for called made to your VM, even if your phone was turned off and SIM card removed. No sure what customers can do about it if t-mobile doesn't change their practice. I do know there was at least 1 class action lawsuit against T-mobile in the last few years for double billing international usages, perhaps it will take another lawsuit to right the problem.
(805) 637-7249
I called Tmobile today after I read your comments. According to TM, the number is a valid TM voicemail number...tower is located in Calif. In my case, my husband was in South America. We added world class calling, however, they didn't inform me that ANY calls made to your phone while out of the USA, with your phone TURNED ON whether you accept the call or NOT, will result in 2.99/min charge! Mind you we had 15 of these that my husband did not accept! If we had been informed to turn off phone if not using (which is unrealistic!), then I would have had hubby use an alternative source for calling. I complained to a supervisor and she did remove those charges. Thanks to you all for your comments.
(805) 637-7249
They credited me when I called and complainfed
(805) 637-7249
The T-Mobile operator "double clicked" on the 805-637-7249 number which apparently normally shows the serial number of the phone that made the call and for the 2 calls on my bill (each for 1 minute @ $2.99) the serial number showed all zeros which meant it was invalid and they immediately removed the charges from my bill with a gracious apology.
(805) 637-7249
I was in mexico for 3 days. I did't answer no phone calls, and I did't check my voice mail. I just noticed I had 12 "receiving calls" from 1-805-637-7249. I haven't receive my phone bill, buy they must NO charge extra money for the service I did't use.

I was charged $4.99/min from T-mobileI called their customer service, they don't explain at alljust keep saying these are valid charges.this charge happened when I was in Vancouver, Canada with cell phone on.it costs me $68 for nothing. and they told me I should disbute the charges in 60 days, and apprently I have no good luck but to switch service provider, and dispute the charge with my credit card company, I use credit card to make easy payment arrangement, I paid my bills too easy, I guess. I called T-mobile before I start my trip to Canada, they told me the charges are $0.49/min. I am extremely mad with the $4.99/minbut nothing I can do,
(805) 637-7249
What a racket! I was charged $100 in one day that I visited Rosarito and I never made a call. One of the calls "from 805-637-7249" is for 43 minutes. How is that possible? T-Mobile needs to make this right.
(805) 637-7249
f*** this, glad no one told me.
(805) 637-7249
This is the number for T-Mobile's voicemail. Apparently, when you are out of the country and phone is roaming, you are charged for each time your voicemail picks up, whether a message is left or not. Yes, this is for INCOMING calls that you miss or do not answer. You don't have to check your voicemail or receive a message... you are charged the roaming fee ($1.49 per minute in Mexico) just because someone called you!!!!!
