Michael phoned our number wanting to sell us a solar program. Company was insulting using profanity when informed we weren't interested. There was a CA program called Coastal Initiative under CA energy program that ENDED over two year's ago. It no longer exists. This company leads you to believe that they are legitimately running under the program. ... LIES! SCAMMERS ..beware!
