I got the same call on my cell phone at 3:56 pm MT (9/17/08). At the end of the call it prompted me to press 1 to speak to a customer service person about my warranty, and when I pressed 1 the call terminated. I'm getting tired of these calls, I get them daily. :( And since cell phones are not part of the No Call legislation, I can't even file a complaint.

Received call at 2:04pm pacific time from Warranty Division Inc. They say they are based in Phoenix, AZ. They called my cell phone with their automated telemarketing call. I asked them to remove my number from their database - as if that will do any good. This is not the first time they've called but is the first time I've seen this phone number on my caller ID.
