Have received dozens of early morning hang up calls from this number. Today I finally got to the bottom of this and wanted to share the information with others. The person identified himself as a precious metals trader from Empire. I talked to him to get further information so that others can stop these annoying calls. Their website is www.empirewmg.com. They are spoofing, so although the phone number appears as 806-385-5381, their actual phone number is 212-742-8412. I have filed a complaint and urge others to do the same.
