EMAIL RECEIVED: Booking Confirmation Your French Bulldog puppy (Ava) is presently at our Pet Department in Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport and all health papers and do***ents are valid. Results from the vet exam conducted this morning, indicated that the travel crate provided by your sender must be c****e for the safe transportation of your puppy. According to the weather conditions we are facing now and other reasons, you are required to make a refundable deposit, for a Temperature Electronic Crate (TEC), for the safe transportation & Delivery of your puppy. Reasons for a c****e of Crates are below: 1: The Delivery crate of the puppy has, to be c****ed from a Regular Crate provided by the senders to a TEC. The Basket crate does not contain temperature regulation control,****ty pet ****e, water bowl and food cane to help the puppy on the flight. 2: The crate is too small for the relaxation of the puppy on the flight. Due to the above reason, the crate has to be c****ed from a Basket crate to a TEC. 3: We are experiencing an unfavorable weather condition and transporting the puppy in the Basket crate will be detrimental to the health of your puppy 4: We need a TEC during this period of shipping because it has a TEMPERATURE REGULATOR (HEATER) which will be regulated according to your puppy's body temperament thereby maintaining a constant body temperature. Furthermore, due to the above reasons, the puppy cannot be transported in the original crate. The crate has to be c****ed and we have to use a TEC to ensure the safety of the pets on the flight to your location. We have these crates here at our agency in different varieties and PD (power drive). Here are the various available TECs listed below: Thermal Electronic crate 0150 PD -------- $1,589.00 Thermal Electronic crate 088 PD ---------- $1,350.00 Thermal Electronic crate 024 PD ---------- $9800.00 We do not sell the crate to our customers, but we offer them for hire or rental terms to safeguards your puppy on the flight. The money paid for the rental of the crate will be 100% REFUNDED back to you by the delivery agent bringing the puppy. Also, the refund will be done via CASH when delivering the puppy at your home address. Additionally, since the sender of your puppy registered the pet using a basket crate, upon delivery of the puppy at your home address, the agent will come along with the Basket crate, to do the c****es and have your money paid back. At this stage, we require that you make a choice from the above list of crates and choose the type of crate you will like your puppy to travel in, for safety. DUE TO THE TEMPERAMENT OF YOUR PUPPY, WE ADVICE THAT YOU USE THE -Thermal Electronic crate 088 PD ---------- $1,350.00 - Thermal Electronic crate 088 PD ---------- $9800.00 POLICY AGREEMENT. NOTE: The Insurance Company will cover you with 100% refunds if you choose the option of TEC Crate Rental- Refundable Policy. The total amount will be refunded after the puppy is delivered/Pick-up. We recommend you get the second option so that the fee will be refunded since you won’t need to us the crate regularly. We have an insurance policy that goes with this option. (They will have to refund you the money upon delivery/pick-up of your Puppy in cash or check), if you choose the option to purchase the crate, your money will not be refunded to you since you are not backed by the Insurance Company Policy. CRATES PAYMENTS, For Temperature Electronic Crates, we do accept Zelle Transfer , American Express non re-loadable Cards, Bitcoin . All deposit payments on crates will be refunded cash or Money Order upon pickup/delivery.
