They said this is a new service because of the bad economy to keep people from being ripped off by dealerships. But I googled the Royal Admin agency and found numerous scam reports. Got a call from this # on my work cell that is listed on the "Do not call" list. I listened to the message and pushed "1". Spoke to "Brian" (sounded like Pedro) he said they were "Warranty Services Center" and were located in Southern California. When I asked for a mailing address and a Business License # they ***g up. The next time they call, I am going to see how long I can keep them on the phone.
