He said he is super Rich with his private plane. Looking for a room to rent. :/ He is most likely an old ******phrenic WHO NEEDS TO BE LOCKED UP! He is a CONARTIST ! Poor unfortunate soul !

Claimed to be calling from his plane about listing his property in Newport. Only wanted a female age. Said his best friend was Larry Ellisons best friend. Going through a divorce and the sale would involve the courts. Very rude, but kept trying to call me back. I had spoken with an****ociate that had received the same call a month ago. Total a**hole.

He was Looking for a room to rent .... Said he needed a room to rent while he waited for his home to be built at Madison Club.

He said he needed to sell a 16m dollar home in Newport Harbor Island, needed to buy a home for his twin daughters in laguna, needed all Kinda of demands and was really scary and mean

Martine is a creepy ******bag. He said he was looking to rent a room. The problem is he comes off as very controlling and his voice is condescending. He kept asking personal questions that were none of his business. He then ***g up. He's a straight up****hole.

Real Esate call...talking bi about Newport Beach, knew the name of my company I work with and asked if I worked in Newport. Since I had a houseful of guests I asked if I could talk later, he abruptly ***g up...I was sceptical as I have had other similar calls in the past. Big talkers..do no waste your time...and report as SPAM.

He said he was in the middle of a divorce and needed to sell his 16 million dollar home in Newport, Ca. Said he had a home he needed to sell in Beverly Hills also. He said he was calling from his home in Caraco . Very rude and needed information from me within the hour. I told him I'd call him back once I had all the info he needed and after running his name realized it was a scam.

Received a call from this number, same story on a plane... creepy voice- rude claiming to be representing a high-profile client who used to own Qualcomm. Said he worked for Prada, Victoria Secret, and other big name ***nds. Wanted to know about 2 properties in Desert Hot Springs. Spent the whole time putting me down, telling me that real estate agents were s*** and lower than car salesmen., etc. Told him it wasn't a fit and he immediately ***g up on me. Claimed to be a rich buyer living in Hawaii and Palm Springs. Looking for a 10M dollar place in Vancouver Ca***a. Very creepy deep voice. Very su****ious.

I got the same call! He was rude and very nasty. He said he does everything with Ai. Also was on a plane and had a very scary voice. He had my age and address and very where I ever lived!

Also trying to meet with female Realtors in So California, wanting to see high-end properties. Stalked me for 2 months.

I received a call from someone at this number who ask for a particular person. When I as who was calling, he would not give me a name or who he represented. He insisted I tell him who I was expected me to answer questions of a complete stranger! After asking him several questions, he said I "Sounded ******" for asking him questions. Then he told me it didn't matter, because they had reverse look up and could find out who I was! When I said I would report him if he called a***n, he became rude and shouted "To who?" At that point, I ***g up.
