Im a local doctor and i place my accounts into collections with them on a monthly basis. I got a complaint from one of my patients that the collector was rude and swore at her. I called RCM listened to the recording and it turns out the only one being rude and swearing was my patient who couldnt afford to pay her bill. Go figure. If you cant afford it, dont do it.

Here is the deal, it is a well known fact that aggressive debt collectors do not get the same results out of the ones who are decent and abide by the laws and guidelines. These guys DO Not play by the rules. The call excessively, and yes they are very rude but the biggest issue is that they do call your work which you aren't aloud to do, they do threaten you which they aren't aloud to do either and they will call outside of the legal times they are aloud to call. Also they divulge information to friends and family which is another no no. If you have to deal with these guys for whatever reason, do yourself a favor and record the calls, keep your cell phone records and be prepared to report them. These guys s****ed calling me for a $300 bill at Castle that turned out the be a billing error but the first call, the guy was so rude I was shocked. He did not listen to anything I had to say but rather went into threats. I told them not to call and he continued, even calling my work phone where he proceeded to threaten my husband and then our receptionist. It was just beyond overstepping the boundries. RECORD THEM, trust me it is your only way to prove they are harassing you.I just about guarantee the people below work for the company. The only reason people would be sear****g for this number is to make a complaint. So obvious people really.

Received a call from this number for one of our employees, not leaving a name, just saying it was very important. When I called back, recording said this was Revenue Cycle of Hawaii. Pressed "0 to speak to an****ociate", and listened to recording that said, " This is a communication from a debt collector. This is an attempt to collect a debt. This phone call may be recorded for quality control..." Very shortly thereafter a man answered, and when I told him it was not acceptable to contact my employees to collect a debt, he wanted to know why I thought he was a debt collector. I told him what the recording said and he said "That is BS!" His tone of voice was very nasty. Did agree to take our phone number off the list.

RCM Hawaii. Claimed that we owe Hawaii Athletic Club but never sent any paperwork to prove such claim. The guy was a **** and threatened to ruin our credit even before presenting us with any paperwork to back such a claim. I imagine the previous 4 posts were made by employees of RCM. How odd that 4 people would post such nice comments about RCM on the same day.
