I did verify that this is in FACT the caller ID number that shows for the HONOLULU POLICE DEPARTMENT. I saw a comment about Det. Bautista, I'm not certain but think they all say it's Det. Bautista-like a pseudonym. The call is real though and no HPD isn't playing a joke on you.
