This guy called me claiming he had bags of leaves that he was going to place in my living room overnight. He claimed his name was "ROY". He claimed he had copies of keys to let himself in, but I declared that he had no right to go into my condo. He claimed it was in my condo****ociation paperwork that gives him the right to enter my condo as long as I was notified first. I called him back an hour later and he said he put the leaves in someone else's unit. A "Mrs. Stubin", I believe he said. This all turned out to be a prank, but I had to tell you all about this so that one day this **** will receive his karma that is due to him for causing me chest pains.
